I unfortunately missed your later edit, and ended up fixing this in an identical way in 917ddf6 (I had seen the original Dockerfile fix, but had wanted to fix this as part of the package dependencies, rather than for Docker-only). So apologies for not catching your later edit where you had already fixed this with the package dependencies, but in any case, this should be taken care of in the next package release.
