NOAA-GFDL/SIS2@0006cd2 adds an optional argument to the
update_slow_ice_and_oceanroutine in SIS2, this pr adds the same argument to the dummy routine defined here so the interfaces match up.The routine itself just errors out for this repo, but this change will be needed to compile with the coupler update even if unused.
