Don't bump codecov/codecov-action from 3 to 4 (#6)

Does NOT bump [codecov/codecov-action](https://github.com/codecov/codecov-action) from 3 to 4.

Instead ignores this update as I don't want the hassle of adding a secret to every single repo...
