chore: migrate prePostComposite to glsl 330 #4688

migrate down prePostComposite shader to gls330

this is a composite stage in the pipline so quite a few options will enable certain features:

  • SSAO
  • OUTLINE
  • VOLUMETRIC_FOG
  • INSCATTERING
