Building the final paper

1. Clone the repository.
2. Open the terminal.
3. cd into the repository.
4. Enter: cd Thesis/build/.
5. Compile by typing in: ./buildAndOpen.sh. If this doesn't work, try bash buildAndOpen.sh.
6. The compiled pdf should open automatically.

Building the data analysis

1. Clone the repository.
2. Change the path to the data file in the DataAnalysisNotebook.Rmd file, found under ./DataAnalysis/DataAnalysisNotebook.Rmd.
3. Open the terminal.
4. cd into the repository.
5. Enter: cd DataAnalysis/.
6. Compile by typing in: ./knitter.sh DataAnalysisNotebook.Rmd DataAnalysisNotebook.html. If this doesn't work, try bash knitter.sh DataAnalysisNotebook.Rmd DataAnalysisNotebook.html.
7. The compiled html file should open automatically
