Add lora enabler button

Add enable button for lora (by default true / not affect json load / if False equivalent to None) to allows to disable temporary the lora without searching again

My changes :

• add enabler checkbox for each lora
• fix the css UI of the checkbox
• add logic to parse the enabler feature to previous way (aoid any conflict when import preset)
• if imported all others not existing lora will be init with default value (useful if you have different lora max value)
