Indeed. It seems the previous update has not merged yet. Hence, the live one is still broken. Source page and the actual broken link - UWP Design guidelines

Ah, yes this was fixed in #605/#608, we just haven't merged the change to live yet. We've been pretty focused on redoing all our infrastructure for building our project the last 6 months... part of our plan is to automate pushing to our new repository (https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/CommunityToolkit), but we're a few months away from having any of that ready since we're just completing our initial infrastructure setup in the near future. As part of that we're going to revamp all our docs, we may just archive everything here and redirect once we setup the new documentation in its new home.
