(AB#243898) Update for latest patch versions (#11022)

This change updates the patch versions for PowerShell in the
install documentation to match the new releases made on
2024-04-11.

PowerShell released the following versions:

- [`v7.4.2`][v7.4.2]
- [`v7.3.12`][v7.3.12]
- [`v7.2.19`][v7.2.19]

This change fixes AB#243898.
