  1. Update how-the-sharepoint-migration-tool-works.md 

    Had customer call and request the Product Group support for certificate based authentication with SPMT.  PG stated the only supported method of authenticating is username/password.  Currently no plans for certificate based authentication using SPMT PoSh.
