This pull request primarily updates the documentation on how to contribute to Microsoft Learn documentation and .NET documentation. The changes include updates to the wording and structure of the content, as well as the addition of new sections and the modification of existing ones. The most important changes are:
Contribute/content/architecture-center/aac-contribute.md: The date was updated, the descriptions of the content portfolios were revised, and the URLs for the repositories were made clickable. The sections on proposing changes to an article and submitting a content suggestion were also reworded for clarity.Contribute/content/dotnet/dotnet-contribute.md: The title was simplified, and the guidelines for contributions were updated. The process for making a contribution was also revised, with changes to the wording and structure of the steps.
