This avoids the issue in #24.

Rather than giving this advice twice (with and without Compose), I've pulled out a common "Preparation" section. It's a bit less streamlined, but I think that's better than having duplication.


# Install Docker Compose (on Ubuntu).
sudo apt-get install python-pip -y
sudo pip install -U docker-compose

# Checkout clearwater-docker.
git clone --recursive git@github.com:Metaswitch/clearwater-docker.git
cd clearwater-docker
