  1. Download and install XAMPP.
  2. Launch the XAMPP Control Panel after installation.
  3. Create a folder for your web application inside the htdocs directory of your XAMPP installation. For example, htdocs/webapplication.
  4. Inside the web application folder, create the following files: form.php, style.css, connection.php, and display.php.
  5. Edit connection.php and set the database name ($dbname) to the name created in phpMyAdmin.
  6. Open your browser and navigate to localhost/webapplication/connection.php to ensure successful database connection.
  7. Open your browser and navigate to localhost/webapplication/form.php to access the form for inputting data.
  8. Use phpMyAdmin, accessible through localhost/phpmyadmin, to manage MySQL databases. Create a new database with the same name specified in connection.php.
  9. Navigate to localhost/webapplication/display.php to retrieve and display data in a table format.
