Use intuit auto for release

• You need an .autorc file like this.
• After creating .autorc, create the necessary labels for auto by running GH_TOKEN=... auto create-labels in a copy of this repository that contains .autorc
• All PRs merged since the previous release should receive appropriate labels.
• An auth token for uploading assets to PyPI must be saved as a secret named "PYPI_API_TOKEN"

@Lykos153 I think I need an upgrade in my permissions to be able to add the PYPI_API_TOKEN token to set this up. Please upgrade me or add a token secret to be used.

I couldn't see how to elevate your permissions, but the variable PYPI_API_TOKEN is already set. Can you confirm it works? Otherwise I can try to update it.

ah, if set - should be ok, we will see when I try then now. I will merge this PR and then #80 and see what happens ;-)

To elevate -- should be in "Settings -> Colaborators", and there I should already be listed (since I think I have probably Maintain level, and need to be Admin to be able to set secrets.
