What: On this Software Carpentry workshop we will cover the Unix Shell, version control with Git, and programming with R.
When: Thursday and Friday, March 17-18, 2022 from 9am-5pm ET
Where: Online and in Rutgers University - Camden, RWJMS Research Tower, Room V12, Busch Campus (675 Hoes Lane West, Piscataway).
Requirements
Ensure you have the necessary software installed on your laptop: Git, R, and RStudio. Installation instructions are on the workshop page.
We will use a collaborative virtual document called the etherpad throughout the workshop, be sure to register there everyday of the workshop.
Surveys
Be sure to complete the pre-workshop survey. We use this (and a post-workshop survey) to calibrate the workshop's pace and assess how it went.
