This project is a community project to translate iOS operating system into the languages that are missing from the list by Apple. Only jailbroken devices are currently able to install this localization. Project is translated by a large team and it is happening on Transifex.
The documentation will help you with translating and creating packages from finished translations. This project also contains scripts that will help you with automating those procedures.
The project includes application and scripts to create packages and upload new string versions to Transifex database.

Search for correct .deb file in Trunk directory for your device and version and copy it to device. Run .deb package in your package manager to install the translation.
There are packages released on Cydia which you can install from their repository.
The project includes a manager application for OS X, designed to work with Transifex API. It can be run on every Mac, running OS X Mavericks.
Bash scripts are included that use TX-Client (Transifex Client) to upload source resources to Transifex. They should be used for new iOS versions.
