Languages as an option, option no_aboutme

• Languages are now handled as an option to the document class, en and de, en by default.
• The option no_aboutme has been added. It removes the About me section in the profile sidebar.

Semi production-ready, worked for several CVs of mine

I used this release to generate several CVs of mine and thus it should be production-ready.
However, no extensive testing has been done and there might be some bugs left.
