If UHDBindings is deployed to an unsupported platform from Yggdrasil (such as ARMv7), it does not work as libuhd cannot be load from all package.
With the PR, if libuhd is not found, we now automatically fallback to a local install (hoping there is :) ).
It allows to have AbstractSDRs on USRP e310 and any embedded devices with a working installation of UHD.
