MVP+ Release

This release builds on the MVP delivered in v1.0.0 by adding a variety of fixes and features, some of which are highlighted below.

Search:

• List layout for search/saved cards

• Zoomable image on tap
• Share button for cards
• Purchase links
• Cards now show in the printings section if they're on the reserved list
• Context (long press) menu on card image
• Artist name is now shown

Fixes

• Rulebook is now cached locally to eliminate loading times
