In instagib it doesn't make sense to have damage done and received displayed on scoreboard as every shot does exactly the same amount of damage and every shot is a kill.
Makes perfect sense to replace it with rail accuracy percentage.

fixed one last bug also works now in games that are not of GT_TOURNEY

Accuracies are not shown with g_instantgib 2 (i.e. with Gauntlet enabled).
