Reef Check Data Raw.csv contains the raw Reef Check data used in this study. Reef_Check_with_cortad_variables_with_annual_rate_of_SST_change.csv contains the Reef Check data with the corresponding temperature and environmental parameters used in this study.
The code goes in numerical order, starting with 0_get_CoRTAD_data.Rmd and ending with 5_Supplementary_figures_code.Rmd If you wish to follow every step in the study, begin with 0_get_CoRTAD_data.Rmd. You may instead skip 0-3 and use our output (Reef_Check_with_cortad_variables_with_annual_rate_of_SST_change.csv) to begin by working directly with the hierarchical Bayesian model in 4_Bayesian_stats_hierarchical_model.Rmd
