Agile Scrum can be defined as the methodology used in the software development process of our project. This methodology allowed our team to work quickly and flexibly, managing requirements and priorities. Scrum enabled our team to communicate and collaborate continuously, with regular meetings to receive feedback. As a result, project management and task distribution became more transparent and efficient.
Scrum is one of the agile software development methodologies that enables projects to be managed quickly and flexibly. It manages the iterative work processes, keeps the list of tasks in the product backlog, and provides a flexible structure to respond to changing customer needs. The Scrum team conducts daily meetings, presents regular product demos, and continuously improves the process.
