Local injury model creates too high standard errors and so does not fit the data well.

Poisson regression model was updated to fit the data better (i.e. with lower standard errors). Only issue is with Puerto Montt which might need a different approach by e.g. creating one model including the three closest Chilean cities Temuco, Valdivia and Osorno.

Issues fixed for small Chilean cities. Only issue now with Bangalore and Delhi who currently have high standard errors
