Alfred 5 user configuration support

New users, who already use Alfred 5, should use this version of the Pi-hole workflow as it supports a better user experience for the setup.

Note: If you already use the Pi-hole workflow, you don't need to update to 1.2.0 as the functionality didn't change.
New users benefit from the new version if they use Alfred 5.

⚠️ If you use Alfred 4, then this version is not compatible. Use the version 1.1.0 instead.

Add external triggers

Set inbound configuration to enable external triggers to be used by other workflows or Apple Scripts.
