Whilst I would love to show some examples, everything I have done so far uses patient data and hence cannot be shown here. However, this is how I would implement it:

I've added diffusive models for both 3d and 2d maps, just as a warning the 3d maps do take quite a long time to construct. If anyone has ideas to speed it up im all ears :)
