1- install python compiler into your pc the download link is here https://www.python.org/downloads/
2- then open your cmd ('your pc terminal') just press (windows icon + r) from your keyboard
3- after you open it you will type the following : pip install pillow

5- after you download it put all the files together and open file : frame.py
