HiveMP SDKs 2.0.37

This is a new major release of the HiveMP SDKs, with a complete rewrite of HiveMP Client Connect and support for Node.js & TypeScript.

Add support for Node.js and HTML5 as officially tested platforms (with TypeScript type definitions).
Add support for Unreal Engine 4.19 and Unreal Engine 4.20 as an officially tested platform in our SDKs.
Add support for Unity 2018.1 as an officially tested platform in our SDKs.
Dropped support for Unreal Engine 4.16 and Unreal Engine 4.17.
Add new HiveMP APIs, including HiveMP Sessions, HiveMP Presence and HiveMP Chat.
Add support for WebSocket-based APIs in C#, Unity and Unreal Engine targets.
When authenticating with HiveMP Sessions, the SDK will automatically send itch.io API keys and Steam authentication tokens to the endpoint on your behalf. When deploying your game on itch.io or Steam, user authentication is now handled for you, and you don't need to integrate itch.io or Steam support manually.

HiveMP SDKs 1.3.17

Add support for UE 4.18 as an officially tested platform in our SDKs.
Add support for Unity 2017.3 as an officially tested platform in our SDKs.
As of Unity 2017.3, the SDK does not provide Linux 32-bit support for Unity 2017.3 and above (it is still supported on 2017.2 and below).
As of Unity 2017.3, the SDK only supports building macOS builds using the universal macOS player, rather than separate 32-bit and 64-bit builds. Architecture-specific builds for macOS are still supported on 2017.2 and below.
Fixes up some warnings to do with the UE4 plugin not specifying it's dependencies correctly (applies only to UE 4.17 and later).
Fix an issue where Unity could not contact the API endpoints because it does not support SNI or modern TLS.
Fix an issue where a failure to initialise Client Connect in the Unity SDK would block all future API calls due to a semaphore not being released correctly.
Fix an issue where the UE4 generator could generate parameter names that conflict with C++ keywords.
Fix an issue where the UE4 SDK did not correctly encode byte array parameters passed in through the query string to some API endpoints.
Update the SDK tests to use the new testing API key.
