Summary

Невозможно изменить размер поля ввода комментариев к главам

Reproduction steps

1. Авторизоваться на сайте
2. Открыть любую главу, например https://sicp.hexlet.io/ru/chapters/12
3. Подвести курсо мыши к правому нижнему углу таким образом, чтобы значок курсора изменился на стрелку с двумя направлениями
4. Зажать ЛКМ и потянуть мышь вниз

Expected result

Поле увеличивается в размере

Actual result

Размер поля не изменяется.
