Каджый запрос пользователя должен содержать в себе адрес. Если его нет, то в ответ на широту и долготу он передается вместе с погодой пользователю. Чтобы в следущий раз пользователь обращался с адресом. Каждая погода проксируется и записывается в базу данных. Так как погода изменчива (по крайней мере днем/ночью), то из базы (или прокси) берется только актуальная погода, за что отвечает переменная EXPIRED_TIME (установлена на 30 минут). В БД добавлена новая таблица weather_location с внешним ключом к weather_history. В weather_history добавлена колонка timestamp, начальная колонка date при этом удалена не была.
