- Optimized boundary conditions kernel for GPUs, gives slightly better performance on NVIDIA GPUs and much better on AMD.
- Workaround for HIP-Clang compiler bug in GPU layout transformations: Very Slow Access to blockDim.y and gridDim.y ROCm/HIP#1283
