fixup for commit SHA-1: c2e3786 :: moving the BibTeX (et al) data tes…

…t files to the QiqqaUnitTester project as this data belongs over-there: it is required by the unit tests for the BibTeX parser, etc. in the Utilities library/project. The QiqqaSystemTester can always link/reference these test data files later on when it is desired so. This is part of jimmejardine#107, while the new 'approved' files are added as part of the work done on jimmejardine#108.
