*Project Management Office

For PMO procurement, IV & V is included in the scope. Does that preclude successful bidders of PMO from participating in other COE procurements? Or is the scope quality management not IV & V?

Does that preclude successful bidders of PMO from participating in other COE procurements?

  • There is nothing to prevent a winning PMO offeror from competing for other CoE work. Each situation is different and we can't offer you advice for competing for future work in this regard. For potential conflicts of interest, each situation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Or is the scope quality management not IV & V?

  • The potential scope of work is IV&V, but we want to hear from industry on how to ensure we obtain the results we are seeking. The feedback gained from these events as well as your future review of the solicitation when it is released will help the Government form our final scope of work.

Please let us know if you have any other questions!
