Create a filter that crops the underlying tile

It would be great for landing pages in Foundry if tiles could be cropped within Foundry. This would help embed artwork or maps in pages, player artwork on the screen, etc.

A Crop Filter could create transparent pixels around the border of the tile. The inset of those borders could be a variable, or make the left, bottom, top, and right all adjustable.

The underlying tile should be able to be adjusted in 4 directions to help center the tile image within the crop.

Other crops could include shaped crops, like ellipses or stars, or stylized borders like sketched edges or feathered edges to help make the image look more integrated to the scene.
