Expected Result:

The transition should feel as you are opening a new page

Actual Result:

Transition is not smooth

Action Performed:

1. Launch the app and login
2. Tap on conversation from LHN

Second scenario

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Click on the plus button

Workaround:

No need for workaround. Visual issue.

Similar issue #2335 with a different problem.

@parasharrajat which one are you proposing we fix in the linked issue? If they have the same root cause then do we need two separate issues?

@marcaaron Let me try to reproduce this and find a fix if I can fix this issue as well as linked issue then We can close this one. I will update you on this one. I linked not as this issue me be due to immediate focus on input.
