WinForms Data Grid - How to make a data cell read-only and customize its appearance

This example uses the Disabled Cell Behavior to disable editing of a grid column based on a value in another column. A disabled cell's appearance is changed to indicate that the cell's value is read-only and cannot be changed by users.
