Loop fix

Fix an issue that resulted in constantly and incessantly trying to recontact the server if it's unreachable.

Windows release includes Foreman Config Assistant 0.2

This is a beta release. Server link has to be set.

Don't forget to ask for your licence key and to set your parameters in the config.json file (you can use the assistant on Windows). Read Foreman-readme.html for instructions.
