Basic Developer Enviroment for Fastapi,React,MongoDb and Docker

This app sets the developer enviroment for someone that wants to work with fastapi, mongodb and react. The backend is withing a container setup. There are several Makefile toolings for installing, running the app,connectiong to the containers and formating.

Make file commands to manage the app:

• make run-frontend
• make run-backend
• make shell-to-api
• make shell-to-mongo
