- update `spec-publisher` project to include reference fixes. - run docker site creation with user id not root; - Travis publication uses `$CNAME` environment var to allow test domain deployment; - remove old GH pages theme gem; - updated `.gitignore`; and - removed old `Vagrantfile`.
