This patch can be applied to an Emerald ROM in order to give every trainer in the game so-called "Smart AI". The AI flags of every trainer have been set to "Check Bad Move", "Try To Faint", "Check Viability". No other changes were made, so you can safely put this patch on top of any other patched Emerald ROM.
Not compatible with Emerald Nat. Dex v1.0.x or v1.1.3 and up
