These packages contain updates to support S3 pre-signed URLs, and they
support backwards compatibility with non-S3/pre-signed URL environments.

Includes new:

• cray-site-init MTL-1876 pre-signed URLs cray-site-init#232
• dracut-metal-mdsquash MTL-1876 pre-signed URLs dracut-metal-mdsquash#53
• metal-ipxe https://github.com/Cray-HPE/metal-ipxe/pull/49
• pit-init MTL-1876 Use rootfs metal-init#51

The verification build is failing on

[2022-08-23T18:47:12.841Z] docker: Error response from daemon: Get "https://artifactory.algol60.net/v2/": net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers).

I manually verified the RPMs exist and merged this.
