This removes the comment and subsequent define for RTC_ALARM_IRQn, which is no longer needed, and the core itself has adopted the RTC_Alarm_Handler, rather than the stated 'ALARM'. The various versions of GD32F30X_(HD/XD/CL) appear to all be consistent in their RTC IRQ defines at this time.
