Need

Structural variant filtering strategy was developed and discussed here. Some parts are implemented and the remaining parts required implementing a unified filtering method after addition of SV callers and implementation of merging and annotation.

Suggested approach

Add a unified pre and a unified post annotation filters for SVs within the placeholders implemented in BALSAMIC.
