Wiki ▸ Client CSV Import ▸ Patients
The columns required in this CSV file are:
| Column Number | Column Label | Value required/ optional | Format(s) | Description |

| 1 | Study | Required | Text | The short name given to the study this patient belongs to. This study must already exist in Biobank. |
| 2 | Patient number | Required | Text - numbers, letters, or both | The patient number assigned to this patient. This number must in Biobank, and be less than or equal to 100 characters. |
| 3 | Enrollment Date | Optional | YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM |
The date (and time) the patient was enrolled in the study. If not specified then this date defaults to 1970-01-01 00:00.

| 4 | Comment | Optional | Text | The comment to apply to this patient. There is no size limit. |
