This repository contains all code used to produce the results of the publication "Distant metastases of breast cancer resemble primary tumors in tumor cell composition but differ in immune cell phenotypes". All data, including tiff images, masks, single-cell and patient data are available on Zenodo (https://zenodo.org/doi/10.5281/zenodo.10498366).

Important note when working with the scripts

Please be aware that no seed was set for analyses involving random processes, such as clustering, in these scripts. To ensure full reproducibility of the data, please refer to the cluster information annotated in the single-cell experiment objects available on Zenodo.
