Doc: GUI-> Floppy drives-> Helptext [reformat]

This used to be OK ~ I can only imagine changes made elsewhere are trumping text string escape chars ;

-removed quotation marks around what is a description (looks better)
-reformat line towards bottom, added the word buttons
