  • Add more documentation on using workflows
  • How to use napari-assistant, export workflow and apply it on a lattice dataset
  • How to run custom python scripts
  • Use ilastik classifier (limiting feature sets in ilastik to tackle memory issues)
  • Example workflows on datasets for segmentation and measuring morphological properties
