Stable version with full data tutorial

BIOSCANN (BIOdiversity Segmentation and Classification with Artificial Neural Networks) is a software to detect high biodiversity conservation value habitats at detailed spatial resolution, applying a deep learning segmentation approach on remote-sensing derived environmental features.

This is the first complete and tested version of BIOSCANN, including all main functionalities. The readme contains a full data tutorial.
