Update to support cross-frame content

adjustment to code base was made to allow cross-frame content in iFrame so progress icon would correctly complete.

Also tweaked behavior of zoom button depending on scenario (whether with poster or without)

Updates to support scenarios with progress icon

update includes the addition of an option to allow the content to control when the progress icon turns green rather than simply when in view.
