Description
Closes #64
Supporting Python 3.11 and bumping dependency versions to simplify dependency resolution (which otherwise timed out). Some dependencies were duplicated between package requirements and optional dev dependencies.
Tests and Documentation
Ran installations in fresh conda envs for 3.10 and 3.11, then ran all tests and all notebooks. A few notebooks had small fixes that I added here.
