Description

This PR serves two purposes:

  • adding a short guide for handling stale PRs since we want to set expectations clearly.
  • introducing standard prefixes for PRs: DOC, MAINT, FIX, TEST, FEAT

Tests

  • no new tests required
  • new tests added
  • existing tests adjusted

Documentation

  • no documentation changes needed
  • documentation added or edited
  • example notebook added or updated
