Copy loop on nested deployment parameters is not handled

Description of the issue

Within Bicep code, a copy loop within the parameters of a nested template is valid, however does not currently work.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the issue:

module test './someModule.bicep' = {
  name: 'test'
  params: {
    parameter1: [for item in items: {
      name: item.name
    }]
  }
}

Module in use and version:

• Module: PSRule.Rules.Azure
• Version: 1.10.2
